Access & Operating Hours
Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge at Terminal 3 (Changi Airport) is one of the airline’s flagship lounges, offering an elevated pre-flight experience for Business and First Class passengers, as well as PPS Club members. Open 24/7, this lounge is a sanctuary for travelers seeking comfort, fine dining, and relaxation before their flight.
However, unfortunately at this size, the lounge still seem rather crowded during 3 different visits.
Located at Terminal 3, easily accessible after immigration. SilverKris Lounge is accessible for:
- Business Class passengers (Singapore Airlines & eligible Star Alliance carriers)
- KrisFlyer PPS Club members
- First Class passengers (Singapore Airlines & Star Alliance)
Overview of SilverKris Lounge T3 (SIN)

Seating & General Amenties
The SilverKris Lounge’s seating areas often fall victim to their own popularity, with overcrowding becoming a frequent issue—especially during peak travel hours. While the lounge boasts an impressive 575-person capacity, the reality is that finding a comfortable seat can feel like competing for a boarding pass during a fare sale.
The lounge turns into a bustling transit hub, with Business Class passengers from multiple flights across Star Alliance network jostling for space during the morning and evening peak period with rest areas filling up fast.

Restroom & Bathroom Amenities
There is a total of 15 shower suite in T3’s SilverKris Lounge and each of these marble-clad shower suite feature a floor-to-ceiling marble surface which does add some touches to make the bathroom feel more premium. On top of that, each of these shower suites come with an attached toilet and unbranded shower amenties (shampoo and body wash) with the usual Penhaligon hand lotion and cologne as you would see in the regular toilets and WC on board.
During busy periods, you’d be issued with a buzzer and the buzzer system saves you from queueing – take the pager and enjoy the lounge until your turn comes.

Food & Beverages Selections
The SilverKris Lounge (T3) offers a decent spread of food and beverages, though nothing extraordinary. The TWG tea selection is a highlight, featuring premium blends like Silvermoon Tea, French Earl Grey, Grand Wedding Tea and Vanilla Bourbon.

The Self-Serve Wine Dispenser is a rather cool feature in the Lounge which features the followings:
| Wine | Year | Country of Origin | Profile | Type |
| Deep Woods Hillside Chardonnay | 2023 | AU 🇦🇺 | Buttery, medium-bodied with notes of vanilla, peach, and toasted oak | White Wine |
| Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc | 2022 | NZ 🇳🇿 | Crisp and zesty with gooseberry, passionfruit, and citrus—classic NZ Sauv Blanc | White WIne |
| Colle Massari Montecucco | 2019 | IT 🇮🇹 | Sangiovese-dominant blend—red cherries, herbs, and soft tannins. | Red Wine |
| Château Pey La Tour | 2016 | FR 🇫🇷 | Merlot-heavy Bordeaux—plum, cedar, and earthy notes. | Red Wine |
| Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel | 2018 | FR 🇫🇷 | Drier than the Brut’s NV – Fresh & crisp | Champagne |

The spirits selections offers rather standard pours, nothing too fanciful.

Summary
The SilverKris Lounge at Changi Terminal 3 delivers a competent but predictable premium lounge experience. While it excels in space and functionality, it lacks the wow factor expected from Singapore Airlines’ flagship Business Class offering that I would have expected (especially with the crowding issue across multiple time periods) .
However, for a transit lounge, the SilverKris Lounge (T3) stands as one of the better options globally. Its 24/7 operation, reliable showers, and decent hot food service put it ahead of many competitors.
While the alcohol and crowding could improve, it delivers where it counts for weary travelers: a clean, comfortable place to refresh between flights.
